Ben hails from the Manawatu and worked in the Hawke’s Bay and the Wairarapa, before moving to Wellington.

Ben is a skilled surgeon and is able to offer clients in-house treatments for certain advanced soft tissue and orthopaedic surgeries. He frequently sees referrals from other vets in the region for these surgeries.

He also has a special interest in minimally invasive procedures and has completed laparoscopic and endoscopic training at the University of Queensland, Australia. He currently offers the only upper GI endoscopy service for animals in Wellington. Ben has a wee dog called Winston who is regularly spotted at the clinic after making it his second home. Outside of work Ben loves swimming (when the Wellington weather allows!), exploring the great outdoors, a good history book, and helping out in various church charities with his wife Jacinda.
